How a journey is arranged

Every journey is planned with you personally, from the first message to the pick-up.

  1. Send the details

    Where and when, how many guests and how much luggage. A phone call works too.

  2. Receive a proposal

    We suggest the right vehicle — or combination of vehicles — and send a price for your journey.

  3. Confirm

    Once you accept the proposal and we confirm it, your journey is booked.

  4. Travel

    A professional driver takes your group from the agreed pick-up point to its destination.

Programmes change. If yours does, let us know as early as you can and we'll adjust the plan where possible.

We don't publish fixed fares, because no two group journeys are the same. These four things make the difference.

What information do you need for a quote?

The pick-up, the destination, the date and time, the number of guests and roughly how much luggage they bring. For airport pick-ups, add the flight number; for a return journey or waiting time, tell us the schedule.

Do you work with DMCs and travel partners?

Yes. Destination management companies, companies and event organisers are a large part of our work — see DMC & corporate transport.

Do you travel outside the Netherlands?

Yes, international journeys can be arranged. Tell us the route and the dates so we can plan the vehicle, the driver and the timing.
